Does anyone know if there will be in game saves in NCAA this year...

Nope. You likely won't see this until the new generation of consoles comes out.

Sigh, why can't some of the better features in NFL Fever be put into these games. Xbox has a hard drive, use it EA/Tiburon.

It's not a huge deal to me but just as a way of gathering info, why can't NCAA have in-game saves when Madden has them? I mean, you don't have to wait until the next generation of consoles for that game.

Because Madden only has no more than 14 games on at the same time. Try imagining NCAA stopping in the middle of 30-40 games, and trying to save that data. It would just be too hard IMO.
