Playbook for a Coaching Dynasty?

I have another question and thank you to anyone that answers this. Now, the only dynasties I've made thus far are dynasties with teams and their actual coaching staff in real life and I just use the default playbooks for them. However, I decided recently that I wanted to create a coach, start off as a coordinator, and go through his career. However, I'm not sure how playbooks work with created coaches.

What happens if I create a coach that uses a pro style playbook and sign as a OC with a school that uses a pistol offense? Would they continue to use the pistol or my created coach's pro offense? Also, as an OC, would the defensive playbook I select change the team's defense as well or would I need to copy the DC's playbook? Also, whenever I become a HC with a school, would they still use my created coach's playbook or the playbooks of the OC/DC?

This how I do it. Lets say I am OC. The HC just keeps the team in line. The OC runs the offense and DC runs the defense. I run the playbook that the OC runs. Now lets say I go from OC to HC. Then I will run playbook that the OC runs but, fit it around my style how I run it. For example lets say you are running USC playbook and your a run to setup the pass player but, the playbook is more of a balance playbook. You put your style to that playbook.

Coach Central -> Coach Philosophy -> Playbook (offense) and Base Defense

Coach Central -> Coach Info -> Select the particular coach(es) and makes the appropriate adjustment(s)

When signing a contract with a new team, it may be beneficial to check the roster of the new team to ensure the personnel is available to implement your offensive approach while still playing the strength of the available personnel.
