Did they go no huddle just now and were you in man coverage? I have saw it before where they go no huddle and these players have all their man assignments jumbled up but I have no idea what it could be.

I know what you're talking about, but this issue is strictly a zone coverage play. I'm thinking maybe this happens when the CPU's zone defense is set to "aggressive", but I'll look closely at the D playbook and this formation that they used and try to figure what play it was. Removing it might solve the problem since the CPU adjusts their zone D by itself
