How do you guys start a dynasty on this year (15-16) instead of 14-15?

If you are referring to current rosters, I'd suggest going to the Rosters forum and looking in there for 15/16 rosters. There are several folks doing them for Xbox 360 & PS3.

Other than that, there isn't anyway to have your very first year in dynasty mode be the 15/16 calendar year. There might be a way via modding, which there is a modding thread as well, but there is no legitimate way through the game.

You could simply sim the first couple seasons and start playing during the 2015-16 season. I don't think you would be able to have both updated rosters and play the 2016-16 season though.

just sim to the current day...thats about all u can do

I started playing Dynasty mode shortly after I bought the game (Back in 2013) & have since reached the 2018 season. All my 2015 recruits (At least those that are still around & haven't transferred) are SENIORS now !!!

How useful you REALLY think an updated roster would be to me ?? (I already know the answer to THAT question

)
