Player lock RTG in dynasty?

Has anyone tried this? I want to play out a full career of my player. Starting in high school, through college, hopefully the NFL, and then maybe turning him into a coach also. But as far as I know you can't export draft classes from RTG mode so I was thinking of just creating my player on whichever team recruits him and then playing a regular dynasty with player lock on him. Any input on this idea? It would allow me to have accurate draft classes for when my player gets to the NFL and then I'd continue to sim the NCAA dynasty after he graduates so it stays in line with the NFL timeline, etc
