Recruiting Skill Tree Help

I'm looking to make recruiting difficult and was wondering which skill trees in recruiting are overpowered and which ones are okay to use. I plan on not using any game management skills and only putting points into recruiting. What does everyone else do?

I avoid Kitchen sink all together. This is good becuase the computer can level it up and be able to spend 700 a week on each recruit while you will only be able to spend 500 a week. Helps balance out the difficulty along with some other house rules.

I honestly don't even use the skill tree anymore. That makes it the most difficult. I feel like I get a good amount of quality players just by leaving everything as it is and recruiting on what I have. I only do this to continue to draw out my dynasty since this is probably the last NCAA we will see in quite some time.

I'm leaning this way as well. I'd like to make my dynasty as tough as possible. Not sure using the skill trees would help with that.
