Re: House Rules as a Coordinator

I only recruit the players that the CPU puts on the board. I restrict myself to a maximum of half of the total recruiting points available to use. So say you have 5000 total, I only use 2500 and leave the other half for the CPU to use for defensive players.

1) Auto recruit on, no user recruiting.
2) Only set depth chart for my side of the ball.
3) Run the team playbook not my own.
4) Can't make 4th down calls, sometimes the AI will allow you to go for it.
5) Super Sim until I get the ball back, found sim each play results to easy to win.

Everything else is fair game for me.

Really? In my experience it's been the other way around. Typically simming until I'm on the field produces almost 0 CPU runs and I'll get the ball back 3 passes and 30 seconds later. If I sim each play, they run quite a bit more (still not enough) and go on a number of long drives.
