Can you rename it as any file, and type that manually at the end of the file name falcor? I haven't done this so that may be worthless, but that's what I recommend trying.

These are the steps I always take. After you decrypt the file in brute force you should rename the file and add the .MC02 file extension. Then after you've made the changes you rename it and take off the .MC02. Then you re-encrypt it in brute force and load it up.

edit: also make sure it's the USR-DATA file in the dynasty or roster folder that is getting the .MC02. If its still not working I'd say it's probably something you edited that corrupted the file. I'd try first editing something simple like player ratings to see if that works. Hope this helps
