Is there somewhere that lists all the different personnel changes you can make on the play screen - like backup QB, swap CBs, etc.?

Was trying to find something that has a list without having to turn on the game and go through it manually.

You can do form sub's during games.. These sub's remain set that way in dynasties

No - that's not what I mean. I know how to do the formation subs. It's on the play screen where you can flip the play, make your adjustments being aggressive and conservative - it's the other thing you can select. I was looking for a list of all those.
