What exactly does it impact game wise? Also i see that the scale is 0-6. Is the scale 0(least poised)-6(most poised) or the other way?

Is it safe to assume that this is tye rating that takes over with regards to HFA? The lower the discipline rating the more "rattled" a player becomes...

I believe you are correct. It's either that or it's left over from the earlier version when you had to discipline players for all kinds of stupid things.

I've got to assume it has to do with their poise like you said. Two evenly rated QB's could perform ENTIRELY different on the road. There is definitely something coded in for their poise/confidence, and that's probably it.
