Draft class question

I have a question about the draft class to import to Madden. In online dynasties, the draft class is available to download all through the offseason and into the pre-season. However, in offline dynasty, I cannot find anywhere I can download the draft class, other than when I am advancing to the player transfers week in the offseason, when a window pops up and asks to download the class.

I do not want to download at this point because the draft class would be incorrect. Some players going pro could get talked into coming back for another season and then they would be in draft class and still in college for another year.
