"There are no new updates available at this time, please try again later."

I get this message every time I try to download the latest roster update from the main menu (even after "Reset All Squads"). Am I stuck with the default player ratings? Players seem to be with their correct teams though. I'm confused.

If I start a new CM I can download the latest rosters just fine, but I want to edit stadiums and have them carry over to CM so that is not really an option.

Help?

I'm also on PS4 and I've had roster updates the past two weeks(release day, and last Friday). I didn't look for one yesterday though. Either way however I haven't experienced what you have. Maybe a re-install?
