I've had it up to here, I know I'm not the only one.

Let me start by saying, this isn't about me not being good at this game. I've been playing it for years and have never failed to work my way up from pro to legendary every year. But i have absolutely had it up to HERE with this bull**** cheating A.I ea constantly creates.

I use QPR in EPL, I play on world class with Jaimemanu1990 sliders, I am able to enjoy the game most of the time. I win, I tie I lose fairly. The problems I am talking about are against the 5 star teams or teams rated higher than me.

Errant passes, errant shots, constant shots hitting crossbar and posts, players CONSTANTLY missing wide open shots by a mile, shots going nowhere near where i moved joystick to, all things that happen when I play teams like Man U, man c, Liverpool, spurs. I create tons of chances, 10-15 per game and end up with 0 goals because my forwards forget how to finish magically. Keep in mind these teams don't destroy me. The worst ill lose is 2-0 or 3-1. I'm just so sick and tired of these things only happening vs these teams. I realize its realistic that QPR get beat by these teams, but not when I dominate, not when I constantly blow breakaways. I even try to go easy route and just pass off to teammate to finish and the ball goes way past or the goalie speed burst to intercept or the shot is super weak and doesn't even make it to goal line -_-


I just played confed cup game with Mexico vs Netherlands where I hit the crossbar 3 times in one play when there was no goalie, missed a header 2 feet from goal line (was harder to miss than make) and had 17 shots on goal. I lost 1-0 on a phantom foul that resulted in free kick goal.


All I'm saying is it discourages me from playing career mode with middle of the table teams. At this point I'm ready to restart league with Real Madrid and just buy every top player... What's the point though? Any way, this is why I stopped playing this game last year, I don't know why I expected anything different. Thoughts?

I know exactly what you mean. I still enjoy FIFA online but dont feel the same playing it offline. I capitalized on the 2 for 75 deal at Toys R US getting FIFA and NHL which is basically the only reason I got it this year. Was planning on just buying PES.

Do you play on manual?

If not, learn it. That'll get rid of errant passes, eventually.

Are you sure you're not using Liverpool disguised as QPR? Reading thru your rant I was instantly reminded of the seemingly snake bitten Reds.

I use semi assisted on all my controls. You know, I flipped taraabt and 9 million for Pablo piatti, signed toulalan and eto'o for a combined 16 mill, and traded junior hoilett and cash for a rw from FC twente. It has made the game so much easier, it's stupid. It seems that if you don't have high rated players it's impossible to beat the good teams. Last night I raged and broke my controller after constant empty net misses vs Liverpool in the final game of the season (before transfers listed) that cost me champions league... So I gotta get a new one today lol

Also I moved to co-op camera. This has also helped my finish a little bit. Though I'm still missing some "easy" goals, I'm also making a little more difficult ones. Worth a shot if you having trouble.

Let me enhance this topic by saying: FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. Einstein turns around in his grave when he sees how the laws of physics are being buttraped from time to time in this game. I feel that EA has made a great anger management course right here.

I have to agree with this ...

I use Swansea City (since 2006!) in career mode.

These six teams ... Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, and Liverpool ... are what I call the "UNBEATABLES" ... it does not matter what you do ... they are going to get you.
