Hey guys, very casual soccer fan (and gamer) here. Last year I wrote about how much I enjoyed FIFA 12 on the 360 and FIFA Soccer on the Vita. I'm still playing my Vita copy, but haven't played FIFA 12 in a while ... I'm curious, should I just stick with that game or look to upgrade to 13?

There are quite a bit of improvements in 13. The skill games are addictive and add hours of gaming. I have 12 and was on the fence about buying 13 but i am glad i did.

I'm with lance. The skill games are extremely fun, and there a bunch of little tweaks and upgrades to both career mode and gameplay that make 13 much better than 12 in my opinion.

If you loved 12, I guarantee you'll think 13 is amazing. It's basically 12.5, with an improved flow. The soundtrack is a step back, though. Not that that really matters, I guess.

Personally, I'm more of a FIFA 10-11 guy. So I'm not much of a fan of these last two.

I actually think the soundtrack is better this year than it was last. For me, FIFA 2003 and 2004 were the pinnacle of FIFA soundtracks.

I jumped from 11 to 13, and ever since I got 13 no other game has entered my PS3. In fact it never even leaves the PS3 (occasionally to watch a movie) it's seriously amazing I don't know about 12, but it's a HUGE step forward from FIFA 11 (which I thought sucked by the way worst fifa ever lol)

As a casual fan, I can tell you that 13 is much more fun for me than 12. As previously mentioned, the skill games are great, and the game seems to have a lot of improvements from last year. I would recommend it.

FIFA 13 is worth it. FIFA 12 was great, but improvements have been made. The trapping, dribbling, and overall player movement is outstanding. I'm more annoyed with the mini-games. The extra time spent in mini-games keeps me from jumping into FUT sooner.
