I just started playing FIFA again and the only version I have is FIFA 10 for PS3. In the transfer markets sometime teams send me offers for players that I have not put on the market. So my question is if they can do that can you negotiate with CPU players that are not on the transfer market. If so, how?

Yep. Even if a player isn't 'transfer listed', you can still put in a bid. His team has to agree to it, of course.

Go to Transfers > Buy Players
