Where to find info on career mode

I certainly am no expert in soccer strategy, but that isn't where i run into trouble with this game. My bigger issue is that i don't have the slightest grasp of leagues, management, transfers, etc. is there a good resource someone can point me towards or would anyone be able to provide some insight, or does the game itself do a good job of teaching?

transfers are simple, instead of trading, you buy and sell players..... How you choose to do that is up to you. Spend, Save, Sell, Buy, Build Youth etc
