Agreed. At the very least there could be an option for the linesmen to call imperfect offsides like there option to turn handballs off and on. It would also help if the players didnt go offside for no reason ...

Is there some kind of writeup that fully explains the slider set.

The description in the game somewhat vague and clearly sounds different than the explanation above.

This. I played FIFA back in the 90s when I was a kid, but FIFA 13 was my first foray into modern FIFA, and I only played a bit here and there with friends. FIFA 14 NG is my first FIFA purchase in 20 years, and I feel the dispartiy of difficulty gaps are too large; I'd like to get some sliders to make the perfect FIFA experience for me, but I'd like to see the description of each slider and which way they work. Thanks
