Cannot sign free agent?

In fifa 14 career, I accidentally released Paul Pogba and I can't resign him. All it says is "all approaches have been blocked". Is there a way to unblock this?

Nope. If you cut a player he will never resign with you it seems. I released a guy with one team and then switched to another. 4 years after the fact and I am still blocked from signing him. And whats even more dumb is no one else has signed him so I can try to transfer him. Its like the FA list is dead zone and players on it will never play again. The guy I cut was a 75 rated player at 18 years old. He is now 22 and I imagine rated over 80. He is still sitting on the FA list. So dumb.

FIFA and their CM glitches. I remember in 09?, where if you sold a player he would be on the AI's bench and never used. That one was terrible.
