Are there any international tournaments in Manager Mode for the United States outside of the World Cup? Is there a version of the Gold Cup, etc? I know there are no cups outside of domestic cups for my MLS teams, but I'm hoping there's something outside of the World Cup available for the USMNT.

Also, is the WC called the World Cup this year or something else? I know sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't.

You play(along with Mexico) in the south America cup. First one is in June 2015 I think

Aside from the Sourh American Cup, you can also play in the Conferderations Cup, the year before the World Cup.
