Who are young/high potential players to target in manager mode? Just got fired and hired at Leicester city. So now I'm on a serious budget lol.

In the search just choose prem league and anyone 21 or under, basically all of them will have high potential.

There is a database knocking about the net somewhere that can list them all off based on potential.

he ends up with flair & engine and starts out with a speed of 75 for a CM. he's real handy out of the gates and only costs about 1 million.
