Has anyone been gifted them and they are still locked and not able to use?

I have them (white/blue/orange ones) equipped on my player. I got them about a month ago...before they pulled them off the catalog; however, talking to some people in my club, they were recently added back.

Every time I try to gift them to you, I can't. It may be your level, since you have to be a level 19 to unlock them for purchase. I'll try again before I go offline.

FYI, they've added a lot of new Nike boots to the catalog; however, most of them are above level 30.
