Euro tourny problem

I made it the semi final. I (Southampton) played the Spurs for the right to play in the Finals. First game, we draw 0-0. Second game, we draw 1-1. At the end of the second game, I expected to see the screen that says: continue game.........but it says finish game. I go to my calendar to see if the would be a 3rd game. Nope, just the remaining BPL games. I go into the tables tab. I flip over to see how the other side of the Euro tournament went. It said Spurs are in the finals...... it clearly states that we both had a point.


Maybe there is a rule that I'm not aware of, but these is kinda dumb. I did win my group, so it's not like it fell to that circumstance. Anyone else have this happen? Any ideas?

Were you the home team if so you were eliminated due to away goals.

Yes there's no way that game will go into extra time. The team that conceded a goal at home lost the semi final. That's the away goal rule.

Yep. 0-0 at White Hart Lane and 1-1 at St. Mary's Stadium.

In most major leagues and tournaments, away goals is the first tie breaker. If both games had ended in a tie then there would have been 30 minutes of extra time added in the form of two 15 minute halves.
