New FIFA 17 details (unconfirmed)

Unless the image above is a hoax, we'll be getting:

* A demo on Sept. 8
* 5-a-side FUT (this has been rumored for some time now)
* Women's club teams

That info is pretty ehhhh. Nothing against you posting it, of course. I appreciate it. Wish they would focus more on MM than adding Women teams. You know, the usual argument for us offline players.

But thanks for sharing.

This has been floating around for a couple weeks now. The consensus right now is leaning towards hoax.

What is "5-a-side"? Would be pretty lame to have them add women's teams and leave career mode relatively untouched again...

Futsal, basically:

The FIFA Street reboot captured it pretty well a couple of years back, although I'm wondering if they will go the extra mile and actually incorporate the smaller indoor arenas.

And while I'm always skeptical about image leaks, the whole "women's club teams" thing does have me thinking this may be legit. I mean, that is such an out-of-left-field thing to add, but maybe that's what makes it a more legit hoax.

Sick! That's what I was hoping. That would be really cool if they did that. I could live without women's soccer but that would be fun to have 5v5

I think this is fake because there's no mention of the the frostbite engine

This one sounds like it is confirmed. Sucks for Konami, although they can apparently still negotiate to have individual La Liga teams in PES.

Hopefully this means more La Liga stadiums in FIFA 17, as well as authentic broadcast presentation (a'la EPL and Bundesliga).
