How to fire/change a Youth Staff scout in Fifa 17 manager career??

Sorry if this has been answered but I can't seem to find it anywhere. When you already have 3 Youth Staff members in career mode, are you not able to fire or change them again? I have 2 very good ones but would like to replace my 3rd scout for youth squad. Anyone know how to do this?

Yes, you can fire and replace youth scouts. I don't remember if they can be recalled or not, but I usually wait until their current scouting mission is finished and they are ready to be reassigned. That way they have time to get their finances in order and look for new employment before I boot 'em out.

Hm I don't see any other option besides recall scout or look at their reports. Your saying if I wait until they are done in the country and need to be assigned a new country, I should be able to fire/replace them? I hope this is the case as I can't find out how to any other way.

I'm not at my console, but I know this can be done after either recalling the scout or waiting until he's ready for a new assignment.
