Only time will tell. But they've added third kits later in the past. They've also not added third kits later. 🤞

They haven't added their third kits for a couple of years.

FIFA 16 patched in Third Kits for Barcelona/Inter/Roma.
FIFA 17 patched in Third Kits for Bacelona/Everton/Man City/Inter
FIFA 18 may not patch in any with the expected Bundesliga presentation update.

EA must not like Ateltico as for years they've been missing their third kits and this years kits clash with Barcelona & Chelsea and of course there is no mix n match or even a third kit with red shorts.

It's doubtful but hopefully some of the EFL clubs get their third patched in especially if you're gonna play FIFA 18 next season instead of 19. Example, if Leeds get promoted they only have HOME/AWAY and they will clash with Newcastle.

Trying to remember a time when Atletico had more than 2 kits in the game but I can't. They've patched in 3rd kits for other teams in the past, but Atletico has never been one of them.

Doesn't look like Atletico's dark teal third kit will be added or a patch to fix the Bundesliga in tournament mode.
