Need some help please

Currently in first season of a new manager career after taking a couple months break from the game. I can't seem to fin the contracts screen where I can transfer list, loan or resign players. I remember it being there earlier in the year and now it's not there and nowhere to be found. Am I missing something?

It's been a few months since I played. I thought it was around the 'team report' type of screen. There were tabs that you would go through for different sorting of information, but one I think where you can click on a player and it opens up with choices, including Add to sell, Add to loan, offer contracts, etc.
