I also thought they fixed defending? It doesn't matter how wide you set your wide defensive coverage to in tactics, outside defenders turn their backs on the wings in the defensive 3rd. The wings just run in behind them.

Idk if it's because I'm using youth players or if it's the same nonsense from previous years.

Got the trial and I def won't be buying it at this point...

The CPU playing their bench players is THE ultimate game killer for an offline player like me.

I started a season using Spurs....got to the Man City and Arsenal games, i.e. the two I was really looking forward to...and HALF the star players were left out.

Absolutely incredible oversight / bug...completely killed the game for me.

Just a heads up, if you have a second controller you can edit the CPUs lineup before the match (and then give control back to the CPU before kickoff).

It's obviously not a complete fix as the terrible logic seems to have an impact on simmed games as well, but just figured I should mention it.

It's supposed to be fixed with day 1 patch too I think, but... I mean, there are so many things that need to be fixed that I don't expect to be satisfied even after the patch.

I've never been this unenthusiastic about a FIFA release.

That will help for the actual games. Hopefully the patch fixes things.
