Realism is huge to me. American manager just getting his start. Wheres a realistic league/team to start my journeymen career at? Eredivisie? Belgium? Australia? Mld of course I suppose.

MLS would be the most logical for an American, but any smaller European league wouldn't be too far fetched. Mexico might be a different choice, especially if you make your manager Latino/Chicano.
