"Career Mode Homegrown Talent, local youth prospect with world-class potential"

This is one of the pre-order benefits... I'm intrigued as this is, at least, something new in career mode. It would be great if this means they're working on changes to scouting or youth players.

I'm curious to see if it's different from "Scout a Future Star".

Sounds like it's probably that with the only difference being they're going to be local instead of having some Brazilian wonderkid in your West Brom CM lol.

From what I've read the player will be from whatever country the team you manage plays in.

If the Madden news that has been coming out is any indication of what we can expect from incoming FIFA news then I'm okay with sitting this one and possibly just being done with FIFA all together. 2008 I stopped buying Madden. So dropping FIFA shouldn't be a problem.
