Created teams in Legacy

Seeing as the current gen version doesn't allow editing teams/players outside the game, does anyone happen to know if there are any tools for the Legacy version that would allow fully creating players and teams of older seasons, classics, etc the way you could before with Artems tools?
In the end, what I'm lookg for is a way of making, let's say, the 92 Leafs and using them in game even with generic faces and no play by play.
