Yes, it is:

You need bruteforce save data tool to decrypt ps3 file. First copy games.conf and global.conf from NHLViewNG folder to bruteforce folder. I cannot decrypt files before these files.



1. Locate ps3 savedata folder in bruteforce (BLUS315400202)

2. decrypt sys-data -> verify pfd and then -> decrypt pfd

3. open decrypted sys-data with NHL DB Patcher 2.10

select PS3, NHL14, Roster and Extract Database

4. Patch db to Xbox roster file with DB Patcher

select X360, NHL14, Roster and Patch Database

figured it out actually, the blue players were unassigned in lines for each team, i went in and did best lines in edit lines for all teams and it fixed the issue, no biggie although some lines are not what i would call best i can fix as needed, great update to a several years old game

No offence intended but isn't the salary cap $71.4m in NHL Legacy? Shouldn't the rosters be reduced by 12.393%?

No, the cap is 69M.

Is that number from when the game was first released before any game updates (non-roster)? Did a game update perhaps change mine? Or is there a game mode somewhere that uses that number? I have a PS3 Legacy game if that helps.

Any time I go into GM mode, even after deleting all my data files to the game and starting without an internet connection so it's the default of everything when I first boot up, it still has it as $71.4m for rosters.

Sorry if I sound dumb and are being a bother but i'm just not sure what I am missing or why my game is different. I cant seem to find an answer anywhere when searching the net so why I asked. Curious as to know is all.

Hey everyone

I got really busy the last few weeks and didn't have much time to update my rosters. Since opening night is two weeks away, I won't have time to edit all the things I want, so here's what I'm gonna do.

I will edit all NHL, AHL and rookies overalls and potentials and make all NHL teams cap compliant, so you'll be able to start a new Be A GM. All RFAs who haven't signed yet will be moved to SHL, but with the rights to their teams, so ingame they will appear as RFA or unsigned rookies.

Then, when I got a little more time, I will edit CHL teams.
