New feature global editing in NHL View

Just to make roster editors aware NHL View NG can now do global reduction or increase in stats. Big thank you to Artem the creator responding to my request top man.

The biggest thing from this is being able to reduce disipline and stick checking stats globally. These contribute to the AI and penalties in Legacy which is pretty broken out the box. Making changes to all these players can improve this aspect of the game .
