I'm using tuner set v.1.02, and i NEVER take any penalties... i have to purposefully run someone down w/out the puck to get a penalty called on me, it's ridiculous...does v. 1.03 tuner help w/ this??, because i have all penalty sliders maxed, and i may take 1 penalty per game. however i do like 1.02 better gameplay wise but i might move up if i can get more penalties called on me.

Yep. This may very well help. I have both aggression sliders maxed, and I see quite a few penalties called. In fact sometimes, lots of them.

What difficulty level are you playing on? Anything less than Superstar and you won't see many penalties unfortunately.

Sorry, but that´s not correct.
I play on Pro, and do have Aggression on 5 AND I have 1 - 4 penaties per game.

If you like Tripping Calls then ya, but thats all I get called for unless im on Superstar. I will say that on Allstar getting a Hitting from Behind or Boarding call is Sweet (which cant EVER happen on Superstar)

should i adjust poke/stick lift sliders? if so which way should i go w/ them?

What about CPU Difficulty?
Increase it by about 2 - 3 points, if it is on 0.
