Lock out or work stoppage for NHL 13?

I was wondering since there is a new way to play in NHL 13 called NHL live moments if there is a lockout of the players will the game lock us out after September 15th the CBA deadline? This is a little tongue and cheek but I thought it was interesting.

I imagine that if there is a lockout, the devs will just add more moments from last season instead of this year.
