NHL 15 Online Edit Lines ISSUE*

hey guys,

When I am matched up online and go to edit my lines, I make the necessary line changes and go back to the Ready screen to play. When I am in-game, i noticed none of my line changes are actually modified. Is that an on-going problem? With the new roster update, I put Chara on my active roster but when I get in-game, it resets to the default lineups (Chara scratched)

Is this a glitch? Am I not doing it right?

There are two separate issues when it comes to editing lines. First, in Versus, you can't play scratched players. So even if you put them into the lineup using the "edit lines" function, the game automatically replaces them (and you lose the services of the guy you took out of the lineup). You can play scratched players in offline games (at least when you're just playing the computer 1v1), but not online.

The other, stupider, thing is that when you use the "Edit Lines" function in online games, you have to make sure you get back to the first menu screen (so, the one that has "resume game," "instant replay," "manage" and so on) before the pause ends. If you don't, then all the changes you made using "edit lines" get erased. It never worked like this in the past, but it's another one of those dumb glitches in this game.
