Bring the game to PC. This game has been awful over the years and the CPU is no exception. Time for some fresh ideas and a new start from EA. Hire a new team lead. Preferably someone who knows how to play the game of hockey and is passionate about it. You don't have to look too far see exactly what I mean when you look at the NBA 2K series.*

I haven't purchased an EA NHL game since EA NHL 2016. That was the last straw! I'm not going to give them anymore of my money until i see changes.

Roster sharing would be amazing. Community has been asking for it for years. Hopefully this will finally be the year.

Re: NHL 21 Wishlist (Part 1)

Along the lines of late game line deployment, i just don’t understand why the CPU waits SO long to pull their goalie for an extra attacker when trailing by a goal. In real life, teams will often pull the goalie with over a minute left in the period, and even earlier if they trail by 2. In the game though, it always seems like they won’t do it until about 30 seconds left and there’s hardly any time left to press an attack. Wish there was a way around this.

Re: NHL 21 Wishlist (Part 1)

I only play franchise so, my wishes all pertain to that:

-everyone else has already mentioned roster sharing but I figured I'd mention it again

-menu lag is horrible. NHL maybe has the slowest menus of any game on PS4.

-NHL has the slowest sim speed of all the major sports games but somehow gives you the least information. You can't check past box scores. Trade history disappears quickly. You only get 5 years of awards etc.

-cpu just makes trades and signs free agents randomly without logic. Also, they keep prospects in the NHL as healthy scratches, run with 67 overall goaltenders etc. Basically, cpu roster management is trash.

-important league stories get buried. For example, in my current franchise Ovechkin quietly retired with a ridiculous 1000 career goals to absolutely no fanfare. He was on a CPU team, so I didn't know he had smashed Gretzky's record until he retired

-Switch version would be cool
