Videos from a Different Approach

Create Your Own Momentum

Momentum from Side Control Bottom

If your fighter has Get Ups from Side Control Bottom, these are crazy beneficial.

If it's on the list but it doesn't have a link, I don't know how to do it, please help. There are several from the original list not on my list because my testing concluded those transition do not actually give any momentum advantage whatsoever.

Re: Videos for all Momentum Transitions

I don't know if it's momentum or was just because my opponents stamina was low, but when I was in dominant side control near cage I allowed my opponent to sweep using cage and when he ended up in dominant side control my d'arce choke submission was crazy fast.

Would definitely be worth labbing. I hate getting flipped because of the cage lol
