No they were both out but Pettis still won. Idk why but it was the exact same KO animation for both.

You can see Pettis feet moving to get back up. He wasn't KOed.

I think that's him getting up for the celebration animation. Idk it looked the same to me.

No, Pettis was definitely out. If it was a stage 2 knockdown he would've fallen right to open guard and if it was a stage 3 knockdown he would've fallen to his side or on his hands and knees. Instead, it was the exact same flat, laid-out animation for both, they were both out.
