I know I'm just feeding the trolls here.. but..

Turn of the CAF option.. Problem solved..
It's not like you can use them in ranked (can you? I don't play much ranked)

Alternatively, stay out of elbow and knee range, punish with retreating strike counters as they come in flailing the advancing knee.. its not that hard.

TBH I'm surprised people are spamming elbow combos given they seem to only connect 23% of the time..
