Clinch is broken now

Something is happening with the clinch fight after fight where it doesn't matter what you do your transition options completely disappear or you fill the meter and nothing happens.

Can't strike, transition or shoot for a takedown.

Just watch - lost like 4 fights due to this

Edit:. Thought it was just the clinch - apparently extends to the ground game as well. RIP grappling

Nope - just keeps happening to me in every fight. Started up like 3 fights ago.

This explains a lot. I was dominating this dude in the clinch as Cormier and he kept accusing me of abusing cheese. I was really confused.

Just had it happen again. Seems like it's something you infect others with or something.

Wasn't happening to my friend prior now is happening to him in every match after playing me.

It seems like a bug. I haven't experienced yet but Hopefully, Devs would aware of this issue.

Just updated the OP also extends to the ground game as well. Grappling is officially crippled. As I said it seems to be an infection type thing that's spread once you play an infected player.

That's my current theory as it's only happening to my friend after he played me.

i've had it happen, but u can still use the transitions, the text just doesnt show
