UFC 4 Soundtrack

Now, I know everyone has their taste and some of you may like the current soundtrack, but I personally believe it's utter **** and am posting this thread to at least be able to discuss it. I realise the better/the popular the artist the more expensive the tracks are, but surely something better can be selected for the next iteration of the game.

If you want rap there's Eminem, Royce Da 5'9, Joyner Lucas... I also don't quite get why it has to be all rap, MMA is an aggressive sport (which rap can represent very well - e.g. Till I Collapse by Eminem, Can't Be Stopped by Roy Jones and many, many others), but why not some rock or metal in the soundtrack as well? It can be radio-friendly too, you can check Godsmack's latest album, it's radio-friendly and more accessible, by their own admission, and "modern". You can check out Hail to the King by Avenged Sevenfold as well, I think a song like that would be a great choice for a future soundtrack.

Any of these, or things in the same vein, will be a thousand times better than all of these songs about nothing that we have right now.

I agree... ufc events soundtrack was always pushing to a newmetal side... but I guess its a problem with EA... they are really bad in soundtrack choices

FIFA usually has pretty good songs (given the kind of sport too of course). It has to be said that any soundtrack will get annoying if you play the game really often.

I want the soundtrack to feature as many songs as humanely possible through licensing songs that have been used as actual walkout songs.

I want real walkout songs for real fighters!

Im not personally a fan of metal but rick ross is the last person in the world I want to hear on a UFC title. Its music has ALWAYS been rock, this is similar to mortal kombat 11s trailer having 21 savage of all people. Definitely don't want to see this in ufc 4, bring me the original face the pain
