This measure prevents that from being a viable strategy.

So the false positives you're seeing may be the lesser of two evils.

Constantly getting DDOS'd would suck even more.
I think if you're really going to care enough to DDOS, winning the fight and your record would mean more than a 2 point penalty.

Re: Official EA UFC 2 Q/A Thread

Played three fights today where I was held down until I was ko'd, two against the same dude, so the first fight I was stuck in half guard the whole first round he would just use the weak strikes and jab over and over blocking every single transition I tried. Second round I got taken down within 30 seconds and put in side control and there he just elbowed I had to just give up no way I could get outta this SH*T. The next one against him ended the same way. 3rd was held down in full guard and he just layed on me and threw repeated jabs blocking all transitions. They didn't posture and I can't block the strikes. If I'm just held down with full stamina what do I do. So what's the deal?I'm not bad at the ground game at all.

That's the thing. If a person chooses to go the DDOS route, even with the penalty modifier in place, they're still earning more points than they're losing.

There's 3 more examples of the Penalty Modifier costing a legitimate player (myself) points. The thing is, the last time someone had quit on me was like 5 fights prior to these 3 fights, AND I lost one of the fights and still was penalized.

@GameplayDevUFC

I understand the anti-cheating reasoning, but like I said, a DDOSer is still earning more points than they're losing despite the penalty modifier, meanwhile legit players like myself are being penalized even in losses. I strongly urge you to try and figure something else out, because I'm losing out on A LOT of points just because 40% of the community prefers to ragequit.

Again, steeper penalties for consistent ragequitting would help a lot IMO. It was -50 RP in the last game. Why not make it the same in this game? It could help.

I lost 5 points in one fight even though it was McGregor vs. McGregor, and -2 in a Joanna vs. Joanna fight. It's just ridiculous.

Also, I landed 90 sig strikes on Iron_Sharif to his 30 and he still KOed me

EA logic.

Re: Official EA UFC 2 Q/A Thread

Did EA change the whip knees so now r2 blocks them instead of r1 like everywhere else in the clinch, which is the opposite of the rest of the game, or has it always been r2 to block whip knees?

I'm on the XBox One, and it's always been the right trigger to block whip knees..(Which I assume is R2 on the PS4.)

Is there any way to get the rear naked choke from back flat in two gates, like they don't flip over
