Penalty Modifier???

Could someone please explain to me what in the world this bs means? I have never had it before yesterday but i get it almost every fight now. Why am i being penalized 2 points for winning a fight? What exactly am i being penalized for?? Its always against different people. It happens even when i use lower tier fighters. Very frustrating...

allegedly penalty modifier comes from facing the same opponent multiple times in a short period. Which is dumb, but that's what I've heard

My experience points towards this as well, although I can't tell 100%

Happened to me in both ranked and UT actually

I notice it when I play a guy a lower rank then me. Last time i got it i was waiting for a long time to find a oppenent and when I did it was a Div 5 fighter and I'm Div 7.

Also I have never gotten this in UT. Just ranked online championship for me, and it's only happen 3 times.

You shouldn't be penalized for something out of your control
