Add a "Fighter Scout" feature

Many of us are wondering which players have what moves. Could we get a completely populated moves and perk list that would display the fighters that have those moves? I personally enjoy using every fighter. Having to select each individual in practice to view a move set is too tedious. If I'm looking for someone with the Peruvian Necktie or Question Mark Kick it would be awesome to get the fighters associated by searching the move. I guess this could be implemented in practice mode by having a "Scout" selection added in the pause menu. This would clone the moves list, but be fully populated giving a list of fighter names as a result of selecting the move or perk. With about 300 selectable fighters this would help in discoverability and vetting move sets much easier.
