Hey Guys the official EA UFC Forums are Back.

Nah. That wasnt their plan. The spamming helped motivate them to redo the forums and there were bugs with the old forum that were problematic. But this wasnt some grand plan.

If they dont have a team of mods, IP banning capabilities and the ability to delete threads easily, the spam will return quickly.

But I'm happy for the folks who liked those forums. I'm going to stay here though. GPD and Skynet still post here and the EA forums opening will clear out some of the riff raff.

also the forum looks the same, all they did was give it a good cleaning and wax job so it looks nice and clean when you start posting again.

Given that nothing has been confirmed or announced regarding the EA Forums, I would recommend not burning your bridges here.

That answers site is horrible. I hated it during the beta feedback period and I can't imagine using it as a full time forums without a big face lift.

Used to yes. They already had those UFC/UFC 2 forums on Answers HQs.

There is customization on there, but you have to earn it. Avatars have to be earned. Signatures as well. You have to become a "Champion" before you can be. They also have lots of mods/administrators who keep the place clean. They are just as strict there as they are here.

owell this is how I'm gunna do this...

The OS forum is gunna be used for gameplay stuff and the EA forum (if ppl go back) will be used for hanging out with old ea friends and having fun.

Either way I'm glad we have both now. I'm all for options and the more the better for me.
