so side control is considered balanced?

I am no great ground player, but when my UT fighters with like off the back around 75-80 come across ground guy who knows his thing he keeps just holding me in side control and it s either eating punches, getting denied, or spam transitions, while my stamina is always gone
u cant block right? u cant transition...
I mean what s the point of this, is there some deep hidden mystery behind this, or just there s no chance to get out of this

Def try to get wrestling transition where it lets you get up from Side control. But yeah if you have low ground stats you are pretty much screwed if they are good.

Even if you have good stats side control can be death sentence.

Just keep flicking the right stick towards the sprawl position and try to either sneak a single leg or a half guard transition, u don't lose stamina and ur opponent can't hit u so it's pretty much the only way to block strikes in side control.

Which card let's you put the foot in to move back to Full Guard?

Also how do you do it. I should have it.

It's either level 4 or 5 Bjj transitions, reversals, or sweeps, u press L1 than do a half guard transition

I've been wondering that myself. That transition is super good cause the denial window seems way small.
