There was maybe a little too much carry on in the EA UFC Forums but the OS forum are the complete antithesis of fun. I don't get why the mods can't meet somewhere in the middle rather then keeping things so rigid.

The whole getting banned is a grey area in my opinion. I know one member that got banned because he said he disagreed with the reason for another member getting banned. Is that really cause for getting banned? Simply for saying you disagree with someone getting banned? That is the perfect example of when a warning or 1 week ban should be applied rather than a permanent ban.

Please identify this person. I promise you this wasnt the reason why the person got banned. There are a ton of people on the EA forums and other places lying about why they were banned.

Maybe they are not lying but simply don't know why they got banned?

Usually its just a straight up ban with no explanation.

I didn't know why i got banned till Millenium told me.

That could be it. There usually is a message that a banned user recieves once he/she tries to log back in but sometimes the mods forget to put the reason why (I know I forgot all the time when I was a mod).

With that said, no one gets banned for disagreeing. I've been here damn near 15 years and was an admin for 3. I've never seen someone get banned for disagreeing with someone.

Yup we've had our fair share and i never got banned for it lol
