Any reason why this has been in since launch and not patched?

I landed a HEAD kick and this happened to me lol.

Someone did this to me a few times near the cage and some crazy glitched happened were my body bounced off the ground like yours but I went higher almost over the octagon cage but then in mid air my body tweaked it self and stood up straight back to my feet while in mid air from this. Weird glitch that seem to happen twice to me both near the cage almost with my back against it.

It's like the foot stomp cause some lil glitch when u do it to someone right next to cage. Also it looks so dum when this happens.
