Are the takedowns in clinch stats for every takedown?

I was looking at stats and noticed the only takedown and takedown defense stats were under clinch tab. I assumed this was only for clinch takedowns since Weidman and Silva have same takedown rating of 70, but didn't see takedowns listed anywhere else.

So is the ratings for takedowns in clinch tab for every takedown, in the clinch or not?

Side note, Olympic Greco-Roman wrestler has 69 rating for takedowns there?

yes i think it is, but it needs to get sepeared in the next game because certain fighters have better standing takedowns to clinch takedowns and vice versa.

E.g. Edgar is a much better standing takedown person then clinch takedowns. Khabib is the other way round.

Aren't clinch takedowns governed by the Clinch Throws stat? I thought single/double legs from the clinch were governed by the normal takedowns stat and all other trips and throws by clinch throws

I believe this is the case as well, though I'm not 100% sure

Hip Toss/Judo Throw/Suplex/Trips = Clinch Throw

Single/Double = Takedown

In the clinch it's the Clinch Throws rating vs. Clinch Throws rating.

In Single Leg and Double Leg, even if they came from the clinch, it's Takedowns rating vs. Takedown Defense rating.

So this isnt weighted based on divisions?

That explains why TDD is OP in higher divisions

I honestly have no idea.

I get a rating number for each, and they are used straight up as is.

What happens before it gets to me in terms of caps or anything else that determines the number is a bit of a mystery to me.
