This is worse than losing to a random insta KO in EA UFC 1.

All mechanics like probability based flash rocks, and FTF do, is reward low skill players for spamming modified strikes, fishing for flashes.

That rock was because of the phase of which he was in. In Undisputed, that would have been a flash KO. This game isn't like last one where a random rock could death rock you. I would be bitching if it were. Mistakes are made. That is it. He got caught. That happens in real life too. They are very rare in this game. Most rocks here are believable. Which wasn't the case last game.

Against someone who doesn't know the clinch, this would have been a TKO. Watch my arms though. I use a parry command to block here. It transfers the damage to the arm. My body was already so red, one more strike would have finished me.

Wait! He was trying to finish me in the clinch! That is so cheesy!

Seems like you tried to parry and mistimed it, causing you to get hit wide open.

Sadly i didn't parry,just let go of block, slow down the video and notice my stamina/hand movement.

The game also had no noticable lag/delay.

It's an issue with Finish the Fight Animation, that can start really quick and you are unable to block your head after gettin rocked due to the hit reaction. That's what i am complainin about mostly, not the random rock health event. What bothered me most is how fast that mechanic began and how un responsive my block was after i got blocked due to being full body stuned.

That one is supposed to be fast though. That is why you have to be ready to block at all times, and parry after a couples strikes to slow them down further stamina wise.
